With a bit of randomness I happened across three job vacancies being advertised by Steeemit Inc at the moment.

All three jobs are listed as Austin, Texas, or via remote working.

The jobs are Agile Program Manager, DevOps Engineer and Director of Marketing Operations (Program Management).

Agile Program Manager

You'll work with engineering and product to implement agile software development for a rapidly growing team of talented, energetic software engineers who may not necessarily be familiar with the Agile way.

Our engineering teams are largely remote and will remain so for the foreseeable future. Distributed agile has a lot of unique challenges.

DevOps Engineer

You'll work with our chief of DevOps to manage deployments of multiple different critical platform services in Amazon AWS under (initially) Elastic Beanstalk for a top-50 cryptocurrency and a very popular social sharing site.

This is a remote role. Your primary points of contact with the team will be Slack, email, and Google Hangouts.

Director of Marketing Operations (Program Management)

The Director of Marketing Operations will lead and manage the Marketing team in order to ensure the health of enterprise-wide Marketing initiatives. The Director will be responsible for directing and monitoring all program-level activities for Marketing projects from initiation to delivery. When leading team, the Director will act as a liaison with business partners, product development and IT to plan and support complex projects and cross-functional teams as well as releases/schedules and budgets, monitor project status in comparison to cost/time projections, provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, deliver project updates and ongoing cost analyses, manage significant issues and resolution, and communicate with business lines and technology management.

I find it most interesting to see these job adverts as they give just a little glimpse into the workings of the steemit inc mothership.

There are no salaries mentioned, nor closing dates, but I assume they are still current.

If I recall when Ned and Sneak were at a meet-up in Austin recently, Sneak mentioned that they are always on the look out for more developers.

One small thing I found just a little surprising is that between the three adverts there is no mention of steem, steemit, SMTs or blockchain. And just one brief mention of "top-50 cryptocurrency".
