STEEMIT MEETUP IN PARADISE
I first met @impatientoptim months ago when he commented on one of my early Roatan posts. Over the last few months we chatted about Roatan Island, agreeing that it is indeed paradise! When I finally booked my trip and my return to paradise was put on the calendar, we starting making plans to meet.

You see @impatientoptim lives in paradise. Yep, he is a resident and a outstanding member in the Roatan community. Once I arrived and settled in I messaged my friend @impatientpotim, who's real name is Jonathan. We set the meeting for noon on Thursday, at Herby's Sport's Bar & Grill, and I would finally meet my friend.

Jonathan turned out to a wonderful man. He is friendly and humble and yet confident. I liked this guy and we hit it off from the start. We shared stories all afternoon. Each sharing how we started on Steemit, how our journey has been up to now, and our future plans. We discussed our families, our back grounds, and how maybe we can work together on Roatan Island in the future. I found out we have many mutual friends as well. I had intended to watch some of the NCAA basketball tourney, but our conversation was so good I hardly noticed the many TV Screens.
It was an amazing 4 hours we spent together. And before we departed, we planned for another Steemit Meetup next week with other Steemians here in Paradise!!
