This knowledge is very contrary to what I knew before. first, I had time to think if reputation is still very low is not good to give vote on posting other user. it turns out that on the contrary, even if it has a low reputation if giving the vote very sincerely to other users, then it will get reward which is more profitable and even will have an effect on reputation change.

How could that be ?

Ssttttt ...do not be surprised, I will explain the steps or how, but before I want to explain first what is curation and and what is the curator, because the two words are part of the vote. Curation is the subject (vote), while the curator is the subject owner (owner of vote).

Well, to get the reward curation, here I will share how.

These steps are:

1. try to give upvote before 30 minutes post, because 100% of curation award will be given to curator, then if diupvote after new post, 100% curation award given to writer.
2. every minute passes from 0 - 30 minutes, more curation prizes are awarded to the curator.
3. From 3 minutes, 90% of awards will be given to the author and 10% to the curator.
4. If 15 minutes passes, the award will be shared equally, ie 50 / 50.
5. at minute 27, 10% will get writer and 90% to curator.

That's the steps to get reward from giving your vote, easy?

The assets are:

1. Power Voting Power.
2. Steem Power.
3. Vote Weight (weighted).
4. Upvote before posting becomes popular before 30 minutes.
