Hard Fork 20 in less then one hundred words!

In this post, @shortsegments appears to have grasped the essential information and wrote it down in simple English, so that practically everyone can understand.
He produced a wonderful article which is crystal clear and I have no real questions after reading it.
I feel like I understand HardFork 20 and I have a wonderful article to refer to if I forget anything.
