😭 All My Fellow Steemian's "R" Passing Me By ! After 11 months on steemit ! Boo Hoo ! 😭
😭 WHATS UP !? Im so happy to see my fellow steemians , that started 11 moths ago , at the same time I did , making over a THOUSAND DOLLARS a post !! on every post they do !! How awesome is that !! Even most that have been here as long as me 11 months are making HUNDREDS of dollars a post , its really awesome im very happy for them!! YIPPEE !! but for some reason , this past month im lucky if my post makes between 5.00 and 10.00 dollars , with the occasional 20.00 dollar post ! seriously I was doing much better before the price of steem went up !! im starting feel like I put in all this effort for 11 months , and all my fellow steemians are passing me by ! im the only one making nothing !! and all I do is be optimistic, happy , promote steemit all the time , with no thanks at all for my efforts !! Even the newbies are making 50.00 to hundreds of dollars a post ! THANKS STEEMIT !

😭 heres a link to my 1000 followers post !!! You tell me , is it not worthy of a better pay out then what its getting !! Do I have to do like many others and join guilds or get a lot of steemians to put me on their bots list !?!? Any suggestions at all would help !! Im looking for assistance as to what Im doing wrong !? Im not in no way complaining , but I just don't get it !? I have been here long enough , and deserve better like everyone else that has been here just as long!! We paid our dues , promoted this site like crazy , I help a lot of new members on here , and It seems like I get no thanks at all for my efforts !!

Aww it's okay Karen! Those major payouts are only obtainable for a lucky few. We have to work hard to reach over 5-10, but so do most others. Don't look at Trending too often, it's depressing. Just remember, many people will get even less than we do!
thanks for your awesome and kind reply ! I stay away from the trending site !! LOL ! It drives me crazy !! But when I resteem some of followers and see all the money they are making compared to me its very depressing , and I resteemed
them !! But they never resteem mine . No wonder they make so much ! 👍👍👍
Aww I understand the frustration. To be honest, I don't resteem much at all. I wrote about it a little while ago actually. It's just that I want to maintain my blog a certain way with a heavy focus on three subjects. As long as I fill those subjects myself, I hardly ever resteem. If I ever slack on either of them, I resteem someone else's post on the subject instead. It's because my followers mainly follow me for those subjects, so I don't want to clog up their feed with subjects that don't interest them.

It is really nice of you to do that for newbies! With my lack of resteeming, I sometimes do an introduction post for a few new members that caught my eye (though not nearly enough).
By the way, I know you enjoy joining contests! Would you mind taking a look at one I just created? I have no idea if people would be interested in it, but I figured I'd give it a shot :-)

I strongly believe in our long term success though. The more people who join Steemit the more varying interests there will be. Now it is computer stuff and cryptocurrencies. Later there may be enough support for us in sheer numbers.

Like @playfulfoodie said, don't look at the trending page. It's frustrating. I have been here ten months and my payouts have dropped a LOT since the whales stopped voting after the "experiment." I think the users who were lucky enough to accumulate 20,000 SP and higher while the price was really low are the ones who are becoming bazillionaires now. It's just like anywhere else in the world - the wealthy become wealthier while the middle class stay where they are. I have learned to be thankful for any payout I receive at all. I may not make tens of millions of dollars someday like the users who frequently make the trending page. But I will still have a nice chunk of money some day with my earnings. Hang in there!
