So in Grab every last ounce of value from your posts Part 1 we spoke about adding value and splitting long posts to make our content go further.. You can read a short snippet below.

Grab every last ounce of value from your posts Part 1

We post our content and we wait. Hopefully we get an UpVote with some value from one of our Power Followers or perhaps a > Dolphin that swims past. If we get really lucky we might get some attention from a Whale.
But the chances are if you a Minnow then the engagement that you get will be from Minnows, or the Nano Influencers if you like. So your not going to be making big bucks from your posts. But what if you could maximise the love you get from your fellow Minnows?

In Part 2 I will show you how to create value and at the same time make the content you create look more professional and just really make it stand out more and show readers that you know how to structure a great blog article

So onto PART 2

In Part 1 we touched on how all big blog sites work very hard to keep you on their pages. They do this by simply linking to them with anchor text as i have done in this post and by also offering related articles again you can see i have done this on this post at the bottom.
Now this may sound time consuming but once you have created your related posts code all you have to do is add the snippet of markdown in on every new post that you create. It is also good to note that as you write new articles it is a good idea to swap the new ones in and just change up the running order so that you don't just continuinly duplicate.

You also find that big sites do have advertising on their pages and although you cant add in any Ad code or adesense you can add in images and links. So if you look to the bottom of this article i have added in a small banner to The8App which is another social site that pays it's members. It is nothing like Steemit but if you like Instagram then you will love The8App.

Your also see that i have added a signature to the end as well with some fancy font work. This is just an image that i cut and paste in.

Final thoughts

If you have a very long article it is a very good idea to split your post into parts as highlighted in Part 2 at least until you have a following that will bring you some engagement. And as you can see from Part 2 it is also a good idea to just advertsise your other related posts and really anything that you want seen (within reason, you don't wnat to flood the end of your posts, less is more.) And we also now have a working example of a split post, linking to the next and back again.

Let me know what you think of my ideas and strategies. You can leave your commnets and questions below

YOUR WELCOME

While all of this may sound time consuming, it will only be in the set up and after that - will be an easy addition. Thank you, Dexter! I'll be giving it a try!

and it helps if you can remember the markdown code to implement quickly... It takes no time at all for me ;-)
