When I look at Coingecko, Steem price today is still low for last 30 days. Steem price now is $1.77, not moving from last week position. You can see Steem price in chart below.

But Steemit performance for last 6 months actually is still good. You can see its performance in HypeStat, Alexa, and SimilarWeb. Here is detail Steemit.com data in HypeStat:

Alexa global rank for Steemit now is 1,796 — down 788 position versus the previous 3 months. But, its rank is still higher than 1,952 in 18 December 2017.

Steemit Visitors

Where do Steemit visitors come from? HypeStat shows that most visitors come from United States, followed by Korea, India, and Japan. Almost a quarter of total visitors come from US, increased from 16.46% on May.

Korea jumps to second position from 5th position last month. I think Korean users are very active in Steemit. We can see that #kr tag for Korea is always on popular tag list. There are around 20% visitors from Korea. We should note that Indian visitors is rising too.

Indonesian is on 16th position. There are 1.6 % users from Indonesia or 9,962 visitors daily.

Steemit is a unique website. Almost half of its visitors goes on Steemit.com. Other half comes from search websites, like Google. According to Alexa, 22.3% people visit Google.com immediately before Steemit.com. We should note that Steemit uses Google Search tool in its website, so the traffic maybe comes from this internal search engine too.

Conclusion

Steemit performance looks good. Many users still come to this website, despite the fact that Steem and SBD price decline. It gives us a hope that Steemit will grow.
