Hello everyone, my name is Glenn or "Big Deej", I am fairly new here but am beginning to see how powerful and fun this platform can be! After buying some STEEM and powering up things started getting interesting. I noticed I still had a low impact on the value my up votes were bringing. After I found https://steemd.com/@bigdeej I began controlling my voting by making sure my voting power stays above 80% at all times! Now using 8% on an upvote is worth ~$0.25 at 85% voting power! idk why i cannot find the place to deposit steem (coins) that were purchased on an exchange. i looked and only see transfer or buy/sell. hrrm
