My name is Alexey and I come from the Samara region, city called by an italian name Togliatti ( but it's in Russia). I'm going to broadcast about hardening and healthy lifestyle in general. Also a little bit about travelling, I am going to introduce my city to you! About life what it is)) I'm leading ice water swimming club 'the Winter Beach' in my city! I help people to know everything about swimming in Icy water! Actually we are a workout family. We love to practice with horizontal bars and lead free trainings!
