What Do You Want in Your Life Right Now? Let Me See if I Can Help! A Quick Exercise With Huge Effects!
What do you see in this picture?
It's me, having the best time of my life after coming from having a well let's just say... not so uplifting day...
See that thing in my hands? I have a rainbow 'wrap around' that I carry with me a lot, especially when I am visiting the beach. I use it as a cover up and tanning bed all in one! Here, I am swinging it around like a flag, dancing together with it in the wind, feeling the spirit of the sun and letting the experience energize my soul!
What does that have to do with helping you, you ask?
Well, the rainbow is correlated to the energy associated with those colors, much the same way as the colorchallenge itself. It has energetic healing powers from the different hues.
Do you know what those rainbow colors are associated with?
They are called chakras... we each have 7, each with its own designated color and chakra balancing is an incredible way to help you balance your life.
RED: Root chakra (base of spine)
ORANGE Sacral chakra (below navel)
YELLOW Solar Plexus chakra (stomach)
GREEN Heart chakra (heart)
BLUE Throat chakra (throat)
INDIGO Third Eye chakra (forehead, just above the nose, between the eyes)
VIOLET/PURPLECrown chakra (top of head)
Most of us are out of balance or caught in buried emotions that collect, stir and sit beneath the surface, sitting idly, waiting for an opportunity to arise.
If we work on ourselves, our internal conflicts included, we can experience something incredible- JOY!
See this girl here in the photo? She's happily experiencing love and joy despite the opportunity to be negative.
How many of us spend the days thinking of all that went wrong?
What if we were to change that into what went right, what we were thankful for?
Every day, I find myself feeling at some point discouraged, overburdened, frustrated and forgotten... but if I let myself give into those emotions, I only amplify the effects!
So, I wanted to try something here with you all today. I listen to guided meditations on youtube... I don't have my own compilation but I have searched for you videos in which you can scroll through and pick one that calls your name to try. This is an example of a practice you could try to center yourself today and find greater bliss within. Here is the link!

A while back, I wrote a post about meditation, you can see that here I have experienced profound health benefits from just remembering to give myself time and space for this even just a couple of times a week.
When we find healing in this way, what we want and what we dream of has a way of opening itself up to us in ways we are unable to see prior.
I encourage anyone reading this to comment what they want in life, put it out there, make it real, take ownership for what you want and let's try to make that happen for you.
But look at that girl in the photo... that's the kind of effects we can get from this practice and I would be delighted to take you along on that journey with me, if you're willing to come along!

Remember to focus on your breath and center your mind on the inhale and exhale, hearing the words taking you on the journey to set you free... if your attention drifts, don't worry, just let your thoughts go and come back to your breath, your breath is your compass which will always lead you back on your way to where you need to go!

I almost always have a copy on hand with me to suggest to people but right now, I have books all over the world but not one with me! I love hearing that- I tell you, I used to think it was all 'silly', 'crazy' even... my aunt bought me the first book back when it came out and I didn't read it for ages and then when I was at the worst point of my life, I opened it and changed my whole world around. I became full of question marks from this post because it brings the soul of the soul that other people will rarely understand this as this tedious science if I wrote no one which we can wander into the nature of our own mystery cave but this is not everyone can achieve its a real example there are 4 absolute colors that is RED, WHITE, YELLOW, BLACK, this is symbolize the human desire that can withstand to achieve human perfection wah many ya want me to share but I like this post greetings from me indonesia

and this color represents the bad nature of this person must be there in every man just return to his human being which is the most dominant in him because this symbol shows the nature! 1; this red man easily irritated the emotion 2 white who likes to lie cheats likes to do lie 3 yellow color which does not want to know whether it is his right or not important that he satisfy himself do not want to think about other people black color nah if this is a greedy nah this is what I mean hopefully can be understood
the colors are so stunning and can not be made for really very interesting
