Workonflow, is a modern application to manage internal processes and projects.
While it can be used for development and design projects, I am much more fascinated by how this tool can be used by other internal teams (HR, Accounting, Purchase Dept., etc.).
It supports
- Delegating routine things to the bots
- A kanban board to track the progress of processes.
- Communication tools (VoIP, emails, Livechat etc.)
I don't think it's enough for software projects but it may have a good use for internal processes in the companies. Routine business processes like
- Creating a purchase request for the company
- Adding an expense form
- Getting a sick leave
can be managed very well with this product. With the addition of smart bots, this can be a good layer of automation and standardization.
It has a simple pricing model where you pay nothing up to 5 users. If you pass that limit, you pay $10 per user.
