Harrassment Taking Place, Please Read, And Shout Out Saturday: The Steem And Me Edition!

I need to bring something to your attention. I don't usually get into disputes here, but @sunlit7 is harassing @canadian-coconut and @familyprotection supporters again, and I would ask you to check out this post by @reginagraced. I'm asking anyone here, and especially people with power to please do something about this. She has attacked ca-co and others since the birth of @familyprotection, first by being insulting by saying that ca-co wants children to be homeless and live on the streets, then getting mad and going on the attack when ca-co wouldn't upvote her post. She also posted plagiarized material under #informationwar, and when she was banned, she blamed @canadian-coconut for that too! Now she's at it again. Something needs to be done here. I encourage you to stand behind ca-co and authors who write for @familyprotection.
@canadian-coconut, @markwhittam, and @familyprotection authors are faithful to this community and don't deserve the harassment and abuse!

I ignore her now, although she did troll one of my posts about a month ago. I feel sorry for her despite all of her hatred. She has proven she is not stable, even going so far as to insinuate I was a sock account for canadian coconut a few months ago. She was in foster care, and from various things she has shared, even as an adult she lived a very rough life. Not saying it excuses her slander, her trolling or rage. Just guessing based on her story one of the few bright spots for her was actually being in foster care. Which speaks volumes about how rough her life has been.
She is not well liked here at Steemit, yet she continues coming around and picking fights. Especially with Canadian Coconut. I think she probably fears the realization of how bad many placed in foster care as she was have it considering it was a bright spot for her. In the same way we all get defensive over Ca-co and the familyprotection group she began here, this woman is doing what she perceives as the same thing.
I say don't engage with her directly, say prayers that the child that weeps and rages in her heart can find comfort and leave her to her madness.
Thanks for bringing this up - I'd completely missed the story. After reading back and checking that user out, I think it's a waste of time to try to change that user's perspective. You or @misslasvegas going to all that trouble to explain yourselves and what you've been through to someone flagged for plagiarism multiple times... come on!!!
Steemit is a free platform so anyone is allowed to post their own opinions, praise the CPS if you want - but expecting Linda to generously upvote something that goes against her beliefs, that's rich!
You never know, maybe this will get through to her. One can only hope.

Hey @snowpea, just let her be. She's engaged me a few times and I ultimately decided she's best ignored. To each with their opinions
It is possible for a person to dislike a person or even persons who are devoted to helping others, but for this person to be attacking the purpose, that shows she probably is part of the problem and is afraid that as those of us who are against the kidnapping and selling of our children, make a fuss, her participation in the evil will become known.
Could that explain it?
As for coconut, without us knowing each other or directly communicating, I've seen the nik a number of times, helping to boost my self-confidence in my own efforts.
I wish there was a way I could help, but every time I have seen a fight like this one, nothing came of it.
Instead of us supporters of 'familyprotection' being called to fight the devil, which does not work on Steemit, it would be more effective that we look to gather even more support for this wonderful group.
Well, hopefully this post won't completely be in vain, and at the very least will spread awareness about what's going on.
As you will have seen, I checked your blog page and made a comment there. Regarding people not answering your comments, I know exactly how you feel, for some people, if their post is something I know a bit about, I will make a comment almost as tiring in preparing as a post - and it gets ignored. However, because they are among the list of those who vote for me (however small it is, but usually between 2% to 15% power) Igive them the space they seem to want but give them an upvote now and then.
My biggest problem is in remembering who it is I like. Sounds silly, doesn't it?
I do not mind clicking the follow button for those I think are talented, as many seem to consider the number of followers as being important. However, it means it is a waste of time going through my Feed, as there are tons of names there I do not recognise.
I would love to have a way to create a list of up to 30 people, who are my 'friends' or are so talented I just must see what they are posting...but everyone I've asked says it exists or will exist, but then, I hear nothing more.

Hey, I hope things are looking up for you. I know you had felt you were being stalked again, and was worried a week ago when you popped in saying your life wasn't doing the greatest that it had continued/intensified. Just know whatever is going on, you have a community of support here and while it is true none of us are there personally, we have your back if you need to vent.
Doing pretty well. Attempting some self help stuff, and made some changes. Hubby has new job driving forklift. He starts on Monday. Thanks for checking in. How are you doing?

Things are still tough here, the job very hard but slowly getting back on schedule with the bills and might be able to get another car in a month or two which will help tremendously.
I think they just want attention. So they pick a fight. Play the devil's advocate as it were. The less attention they get, the less they can be heard so I'm not going to give them the satisfaction of a visit.
