The typical Christmas dish in Venezuela is the hallaca. It is prepared with corn flour and stuffed with a pork stew, meat and chicken. This stew is seasoned with onion, pepper, sweet pepper, leeks, capers, salt, English sauce and potato. The dough is spread on a banana leaf and olives and grapes are placed in the middle of the hallaca.
They are really delicious Erikah. My mom has been doing them for many years and they are part of our tradition. Although this year they will be absent in many Venezuelan homes due to the high costs of the ingredients
The "Baked Eggs" recipe is my favorite recipe because it's very easy to cook, and saves my time. Usually I make this dish for breakfast.

Recipe for "Baked Egg"
You only need eggs, a little spice such as pepper powder, salt, chili powder, or parsley. Then how to make it, break the egg into a heat-resistant container. Then, sprinkle the spices according to your taste. In this recipe, I sprinkle salt, chili powder, and pieces of parsley.
Then, bake the eggs in a heat-resistant container for 5 minutes. You can adjust the baking time according to the level of maturity of the eggs.
