1. SPUD4STEEM Rule Update
SPUD4STEEM organizer @kiwiscanfly has announced an update to the rules for the next Steem Power Up event on 1 June.
As well as needing a minimum of 500 SP to participate, winners while they have the prize delegated SP will have to ensure all posts are set to 100% Power Up or they are converting the SBD earnt to STEEM to power up if they use 50/50 post settings...
2. Steem Advertising on Instagram
Following on from @arie.steem and @remlaps' advertising on Facebook and @naufal's campaign on TikTok, @oscarcc89 is now running a month long campaign on Instagram in Venezuela.
After only two days of running the ads already 18 people have requested more information about joining Steemit...
3. PLAY STEEM Updates
Developer @etainclub continues to post regular updates on progress with the PLAY STEEM app.
@etainclub is particularly asking for feedback on what items people would most like to see on the home screen...

4. Nutbox Update
@nutbox has released its latest weekly update.
@nutbox.mine now has 6.2 Million SP under delegation from 335 delegators.
Nutbox is also expanding its Global Ambassador Program. Currently it has 7 ambassadors around the world including @happycapital (Korea), @abcallen (China), @ale.aristeguieta (Venezuela) and @bsfmalaysia (Malaysia)...
5. Campus Connect Campus Captains
Campus Connect has now launched its Campus Captains program to help expand the promotion of Steem in colleges and universities.
Four Campus Captains have already been appointed at various establishments in Nigeria - @awesononso, @pricelesspresh, @doppley and @whitestallion...
@campusconnectng has also recently been finalizing the designs for their T-shirts and flyers...
6. Colombia Original Community
Newly appointed Country Rep @nahela has set up a new community for Steemians in Colombia.
@josevas217 is helping as a Moderator for the community...
7. Steem in the Philippines
Steem is growing rapidly in the Philippines.
As well as the country recently having its first Country Rep appointed (@julstamban) there has just been a meetup in Cebu attended by a dozen people.
