What is Your Favorite Dapp for Creating Steem Accounts?
@uyobong recently asked the @musing community what our favorite Dapps are for onboarding new Steem accounts.
He personally used @steemhunt and said their service for creating new accounts is free & seamless, but I don't have experience using @steemhunt yet.
The service I have used instead is called Share2Steem and it verifies you are a real person (not a bot or spammer) through your Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch or Medium account.
As long as you have an account with Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch or Medium, and the account is 30 days old (or more), you should be able to create a free account for the Steem blockchain via Share2Steem.
The accounts created with Share2Steem all start with 0 SP (Steem Power), and it's one of the three onboarding apps I have used to create Steem accounts.
Share2Steem is my favorite out of the three since Share2Steem is free (SteemConnect isn't) AND it only takes 5 minutes to create an account (Steemit has a backlog of 1 to 2 months).
If you want to create a secondary account or help a friend join @steemit, use Share2Steem or one of the other Dapps that will enable you to create a free account!
