List of STEEM Witnesses I Have Voted For
Did you know you're supposed to vote for witnesses on SteemIt.com? https://steemit.com/~witnesses
We get 30 votes each & it matters who you choose because these are the people who process the STEEM blockchain allowing apps like SteemIt to function. They are basically the STEEM version of miners but using far less electricity to get it done. I spent the last week slowly going over the available witnesses. The 50 listed on the witness voting page are not all there are but you must know the witness by user name in order to vote for anyone under rank 50. Feel free to vote for who I voted for. There's actually a space on the voting page to copy the voter list of any user on SteemIt simply by entering their username in the box provided.

Hey Aaronmda, First of all, thanks for the tip. I am new to Steemit and did not know this. How do you decide who is a good witness?
For the most part I make my decisions based on the content posted and or curated by the witness, there level of community activity and community reputation. There are some Witnesses like @ausbitbank who put out reports on their activity. This is a very good sign and provides all the info you need to make an informed decision. Admittedly there were a couple i picked just cause I like their name. It should be noted the choices are not permanent. You can change who you vote for anytime as often as you like.
