Every week I try to make one post at that I know can at least compete for the best article of the week (I never won though LOL). But this week I've been extremely busy talking about smartcash to people who didn't know about smartcash which is why this is the first week since I joined team smartcash I know I'm not in contention for the best article of the week haha!! Hurts a bit, but that's okay, because this week I feel I finally am making significant contribution!! This has been a hell of a week!!

You guys already know about the Weekly 10 Smartcash Giveaway with the intent of spreading the word over to other communities. All the details in that posts above guys!!

So how has it been so far

Well, it's kind of hard to explain, because I myself am not too sure how well it has done so far, it's still too early and I need to keep hosting a few more contests before it kicks off properly. I intend to continue with it for a few weeks and see where we are and then decide what to do.

But I'm hopeful because the word has already started spreading and I have received quite a few messages on discord about smartcash. I have tried my best to give them a basic understanding. I can't guarantee all of them will go on to become investors, they will have to do their own research. I'm no @broncnutz that people will instantly hop onto a new cryptocurrency based on what I say.

I'm no expert or a reliable investment advisor or anything and I know it. My intention of hosting this giveaway is to spread the word about smartcash, letting people know that this awesome currency exists and brings along wonderful features!! Many out there, many who are much more knowledgeable than me about cryptocurrencies didn't even know that smartcash existed. I am trying to make sure as many people at least finds out about smartcash and goes on to do their research, and then if they have any questions I've been answering some of them on discord!! And so I'm satisfied with the progress to say the least!!

How far did we reach?

Not too far, but not too bad either!! I have been with steemstem community for a very long time, almost since the start of my steemit journey. I've learned a lot from the amazing authors over at the steemstem team. Two of them, @ruth-girl and @trumpman have commented on my posts, pointing out areas I could improve and taking suggestions from them have done wonders for me!! I'm glad that my giveaway caught their attention and they were curious about smartcash.

I've tried directing them to some resources they could check smartcash out from. They are both extremely knowledgeable and they'll surely do their research!! @ruth-girl is actually on the smartcash discord channel and I hope she'll have a wonderful time with us!!

I know @teutonium from the steemstem discord and he has gladly participated in the contest and is also with us on the discord channel!! I spent quite some time last night on discord explaining smart rewards and the activities of team smartcash and I hope after doing his research he will see the potential smartcash holds!!

@plushzilla from #newbieresteemday has supported the contest by resteeming both the contest post and the post you have to comment on to enter in the contest, so thanks a lot for that!! He was kind enough to enter the contest too and he has also requested to join us on team smartcash on steemit!! I'm sure he'll be announced as new member this week!! They are doing awesome stuff at #newbieresteemday, do check them out if you have the time and spread the word to new steemians you know!!

Big thanks for that @fibrefox. These guys are doing some amazing work for newbies on steemit and I know there are quite a few here on team smartcash on steemit who are just starting out on steemit. do check out their projects and participate and make some good friends!!

That's about all I have for now. I know it's not much, but it all happened in just 3 days which makes me hopeful!! The contest is still on if you guys wanna enter.
