The way the smartcash community has been growing in the last couple weeks, I can only imagine how busy members of the outreach team must be. And I am pretty sure @hannahlicious and @hockleyj are having to answer one question over and over and over again to so many interested steemians : How do I join the Team SmartCash on Steemit?

Let's put an end to that question once and for all, shall we? Let's give these two wonderful people a breather!!

First of all, what is Team SmartCash on Steemit? What do we do?

We are smartcash enthusiasts, who love blogging/vlogging about smartcash.

• We support the posts of our team members by upvoting, commenting and sometimes leaving them a smart tip.
• We try to promote smartcash on steemit to our followers, by posting regularly about smartcash and answering questions if anyone is interested to learn about smartcash after reading our and our team member's posts. Everyone tries to help out!!
• There is a section for team smartcash on steemit on the Smartcash Discord Channel where we post links to our posts so that our team members can easily find our post. We chat quite often, have fun and show our support to our team mates by tipping them using the tipbot!!
• If you have some special talent in designing as @kasou80 does, you can also design logos and monthly banners for team smartcash!! Creativity is highly rewarded by the team!!

And for our activities, we get paid in smartcash via the @smartbot. Details of payout structure is mentioned in a bit. keep reading!!

Current payout structure

The current payout structure can always be found in the latest weekly payout post of the account @smartcash. Make sure you follow this account and stay updated!! the current payout structure at the moment is as follows :

• 10 smart per article, upto 4 articles per week. What this means is for every article you write USING THE TAG #SMARTCASH you will get tipped 10 smarts. You can get "officially" tipped only 4 times per week, i.e. if you write 5 posts in a week, you will still get tipped 4 times (40 smarts in total). But the team is quite generous to be honest and if you are writing awesome articles, you might get lucky and get some extra tips outside the official tips, either from the outreach team itself, or from you team members. I tend to tip in smart when my voting power is down.
• 200 smart bonus for the best article of the week. This is on top of the tips you are already getting!! Sweeeeet!!
• 40 smart for the Team SmartCash MVP (most valuable player) of the week. This is awarded to the most active member of the team. Being active means to support your team members by commenting and engaging in nice useful conversations, upvoting, tipping, helping newcomers get answers to their questions either here on steemit or on discord.....basically adding value to the team!! i have been extremely lucky to have been chosen the MVP of the week twice in 3 weeks!! Feels pretty awesome!!
• And finally, 300 SMART bounty for Team SmartCash banner of the month. Every month there's a banner with different themes. This month's theme was Smart Nodes for example. And a pretty sick banner was designed by the ever so talented @kasou80. You can check out his banner HERE.

Why should I join the team?

First of all, you wanna be stacking up as much smart as you can. At the current payout structure, if you are posting at least 4 articles every week, in a year you will have been tipped AT LEAST 1920 smarts!! Imagine the price of smart going up to $5 in a few years time!! I'll let you do the math by yourself!! On top of that you will definitely be earning some extra smarts if you are actively adding value to the community. How you do that is entirely up to you!! get creative!! Surprise us!!

But it's just soooo much more than the money. You are almost guaranteed to make some pretty awesome friends who are very very knowledgeable and you will definitely be learning a lot from them to further you journey in the crypto world!! Exactly HOW do I join the team?

This is extremely simple guys. Don't sweat over it!! All you gotta do is leave a comment one latest Weekly Payout Post of the account @smartcash saying you wanna join the team. That's it!! Your reply will be seen by the outreach team. After you have commented, you can already start posting under the #smartcash tag and you will be tipped!! For now, This is the post you gotta comment on., but note that this will change in 3 days time when the new weekly payout post comes out!!

You will also be announced as a new team member in the next weekly payout post so that the rest of team gets introduced to you and can start interacting with you.

And even before you are announced officially as the new team member, you can already join us on discord and introduce yourself, start chatting with us and share your smartcash posts!!

Finally, on to the cool personalized footers we at team smartcash are using at the end of our posts, how do you get one of them? It takes a bit of time so please be patient. Once a footer is created for you, @hannahlicious will be giving it to you. If you haven't received your footer in maybe 8-10 days, you can always drop a message to Hannah on discord and remind her. She is super cool and she won't mind :) But just understand that they are extremely busy people, so sometimes they might miss some things here and there.

Same goes for you post tips. They sometimes might miss a few tips, but just have patience. They will eventually reach your post within 7 days (usually it's much quicker) and tip you. But in the rare case that they absolutely forgot, you can always drop the link to your post on the team smartcash section on discord saying the tip was missed (if you haven't been tipped in 7 days) and they will make sure you get tipped.
