Ghost Head
Last week I was the judge of the shadow contest run by my dear friend Melinda @melinda010100. This week I'm free to enter. Read more about the contest here Shadow Photo Contest Round 30, Textured Wood Shadows.
Today I went out shadow photo hunting, this time with an assistant, my niece. I knew it would not be easy to find interesting and funny shadows, also knew that we might have to get creative and do something unusual.
We tried a couple of new things but somehow nothing seemed good enough. We needed something funny and my lovely niece came up with the idea of creating a stencil. Looked like the univers was on our side because we bumped into a bookshop and the shopkeeper lady was an angel. She gave us a paper sheet, my niece drew a ghost head, cut it out and we got our stencil.
Not far from that place there were some nice and old wooden doors and gates, so we started to take photos. Here it is, the shadow of a ghost head!
People passing by were staring at us, they thought we are crazy but who cares, right? The only thing that matters is that we had a lot of fun doing it.
I truly hope our photo qualifies!
