It's Day 6!!!!
Again today I'm excited to support two of the photo challenges here on Steemit as they both bring camaraderie and engagement to this Steemit Artists' Community.
Community is my thing!!
@ace108 has initiated the 7 Day B/W Photo Challenge which is really taking off like wildfire.
This is my Day 6 b/w entry, as well as my first ever entry into the
Sunday Scent Experience initiated by @dutchess.
It's interesting to capture smell in pictures, especially in b/w....
but think you'll get a whiff of this:

Very nice... I like this hog; looks happy to be free and roaming about, as pigs tend to.
In many countries, like India where this photo was taken, hogs are just a part of life. This one was scavenging and sniffing out its own food--I doubt he had a home to go to or anyone to feed him. A super competent creature at getting its needs met.

So nice to see a pig in its element foraging around in its natural habitat. So used to seeing them lately in less kind ways. Apparently they are very smart creatures, definitely one of my favourite animals.
We raised pigs when I grew up. They are definitely smart creatures--way more so than we give them credit for. I wouldn't say they are one of my favorite animals, but I definitely love them more in nature than on my plate!

Thanks for the comment @dutchess!! It is definitely not a smell of flower bouquets and neither is the garbage being scavenged!!!
