A map showing the presence of water on the moon made with the help of Chandrayaan-1
Scientists have prepared a map of the water present in the top surface of the moon soil for the first time with the help of a tool on the Indian spacecraft Chandrayaan-1.
From this time, there may be a lot of help on the water on the moon and the study of the moon. This study has been published in the Science Advance Journal. According to the science journal, the basis of this study is the initial search of water and related molecule hydroxyl in the soil of moon in 2009.
Scientists at Brown University of America used the data collected through NASA's Moon Mineralogy Mapper. In 2008, the Mapper had left with Chandrayaan-1 and its work was to find out how much water exists at the global level.
Shui Li, a former PhD student of the University, said that there is a signal of presence of water almost everywhere on the moon's surface. This is not limited to only the polar region, as was stated earlier in the report
First spacecraft to reach Saturn
NASA's Cassini spacecraft is about to reach Saturn. This will be the first time that a space shuttle will reach Saturn. In the final phase of a 20-year historic journey, Cassini is moving towards the planet at speeds of 1,13,000 kilometers per hour.
On September 15 it will enter Saturn's class. This device will tell about satellites of Saturn, especially Hydro thermal activities on the surface of Enceladus, which is far from the eyes of scientists.
