Steemit Ultra marathon – Test game, round two

With the runners all off to a good start, it's time for round two.

Our testers are battling it out on the notorious Wellington Urban Ultra (WUU2k) course trying to be the first to cross the finish line, 62kms from the start. Along the way they will run up, and down, some of Wellington's biggest, baddest hills.

So far @kiwiscanfly in bib no. 0005 is in the lead. He's a big man and he took off at a fast rate of knots, covering a lot of ground early on. That may come back to bite him later on. Only time will tell.

@cyoadventuregame in bib no. 0003 is in second place about 10kms behind @kiwiscanfly. Still looking fresh and hungry for some hills, @cyoadventuregame is still in for the hunt for the lead.

@nathen007 in bib no. 0004 is snapping at @cyoadventuregame's heels and together they stand the best chance for running down @kiwiscanfly at this stage of the race.

But remember this is not a sprint, it's not even a marathon. It's an ultra marathon. There is a long way to go yet and those that slow down the least are those that tend to win.

That leaves @toofasteddie in bib no. 0001 and @len.george in bib no. 0002 at the back of the pack, biding their time and keeping themselves fit and strong to storm back in the second half of the race.

The gauntlet has been thrown down, the challenge picked up. So now, runners, how will you run today?

Testers, your call to action is -

Tell me how fast you will run (1-15)
Tell me how long you will run (0.25-2)
Tell me how many gels you will consume (max 3)

You have until 9:30am tomorrow (New Zealand time) to give me your answers.
