My midweek jog @ Almaden lake
Hello all, here is my midweek jog with a few snaps of Almaden park and the Los Alamitos trail. The shot below almost looks like it is from a Japanese garden with the red tree, it definitely stood out.
The jog was 3.5 miles at a 8' 57" pace, not too bad for >50...
Here are the splits/data. My cadence was 158 steps per minute and I am trying to increase it to ~165 or more. Not easy...
Some decorative rock formations on the trail, some people have a lot of time on their hands...
The weather forecast was for rain coming in late afternoon, it brought in a cool breeze around 60* f, good temp for jogging.
Looking west towards the incoming 'textured' clouds. This is one of my favorite places for a jog and often ride my bike through here as it's a tranquil place to visit.
