Bonn Marathon: Pride & sore muscles (The End)

Now I waited immediately 2 days, because usually the sore muscle is at the most violent starting from the 2nd day.

Luckily this time it was only a slight pull on the back calves, thighs and buttocks. No full-grown muscle ache. And now, after two days, it's all clearly gone back.

I guess the training worked after all.

And pride and satisfaction are still there. The nice medal will also remind me of the great run for some time.

We are about to go to the club training and take a group photo with our participants from the Bonn Marathon. This then goes to the press and advertises the club.

While we are on advertising, we have our own event, the Lohner Vulkan Marathon in Mendig on May 1, 2018. A very nice landscape marathon with further running routes for the whole family. There is a lot in the starter package, including a bread and a sauna voucher.
