Beer Review
Brickway's Bella Diva Chocolate Stout is a 8.6% alcohol/volume brew with a very dark brown color. This beer is incredibly rich in flavor having been brewed with Munich, Honey, and Chocolate malts. It would have had a nice foam head but I was thirsty before taking the picture ;). The finish gives you a nice complex chocolate taste since they add the cocoa post-fermentation.

The Bottle
The Brickway Bella Diva Chocolate stout bottle features art work from local tattoo artist, Dave Koenig (check out the website to see more of his work). They take great pride in being locally brewed. (The artwork for different brews is fantastic so stay tuned as I will do more beer reviews from them!)
The Brewery
The owner, Zac, went to brewery and distillery school in Scotland prior to opening in Omaha. Also, Brickway is the first brewery/distillery in the state of Nebraska since prior to prohibition! Their beer is sold in neighboring states but the demand is quickly growing! Here is Omaha, a pint of this runs you $9.99. Look for this in your local stores or stop by and visit! You will not be disappointed!
