Whats up guys? I SAID WHATS UP

Today i am gonna review a show i started yesterday and guess what..... i finished yesterday.

Thank god i had free time!

The show is called Taboo and it aired at 10.1.2017 so its quite new as you can guess. It has only 8 5-60 minutes long episodes ( it took me pretty much 8 hours to watch it yesterday :P job hours ) but it is rumored that it might have a second seazon!

The set takes place in 1800 when James Delaney played by the great Tom Hardy returns back to London and to his father funeral. Everyone is shocked by his arrival as he is considered dead with the latest news about him to be that he dissapeared into Africa 10 years ago. His primal objective in his returning is that he want to avenge his father's death by any means! Later on the lawyer reads the will and inform him that his father left him everything he had apart with a piece of land in a very stratigical position.

Let me remind you that this period is close to the end of the Anglo-American war with negotiations of peace to be upcoming. Ofc it's not that simple as another player the honorable East India Company the most powerful shipping company ( and not only that) wants to take Delaney's land. Imagine that the company is so strong that rules over London and it would be the number 2 in power after the king.

A game of power between the king,the East india company, the Americans and the Delaney is played and we get to see through a very dark set with thiefs, prostitutes, dirt and dead bodies who will prevail and how. Get ready for 8 epic episodes of strategy and killing as Delaney a badass man with psycologic problems and ''shamanic'' powers tries to turn the tables and win over all of his enemies having as inner motive to avenge his father!

The show is really amazing and kind of different than the others! You get to see for each perspective how everyone thinking and what they desire most and ofc how they handle things in this area. Once more Tom Hardy is a total Badass walking with his black cape and hat and do his ''samanic'' calls!
