Hello friends of steemit, today I want to share with you this delicious dessert that besides containing sweet is super healthy since its primary ingredients are fruits, each contains all types of vitamins and minerals that will help our body to raise its defenses, as well that for people who are dieting this recipe will not be a problem, since it is 100% natural; If you want to try this rich and natural dessert, continue reading and you will learn.

  • ¼ Kg of strawberries
  • 2 pineapple slices
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 plums
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 kiwi
  • ¼ of phyllous mass
  • 4 sheets of unflavored gelatin
  • ¾ of glass of orange blossom water
  • 6 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 4 nuts
  • 100 grams of butter or olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

1. We hydrate the gelatin in cold water and reserve

2. Then add the water in a pot, and add the honey

3. Next we add the orange blossom water, and the hydrated gelatin, with a whisk of aspas we will beat on a very soft fire until obtaining a homogenous gelatinized syrup (without letting it boil), and we reserve

4. We will wash the fruits (strawberries, pineapple, peach, plums, green apple and kiwi), and cut into small pieces each fruit

5. We will place the fruits on a silicone mesh, and we will bathe them with the syrup. Let rest a few minutes

6. Next we will cut the sheets of ground dough in medium rectangles, and we will tan with butter, or the olive oil, and we take to the oven on a platter, brown and reserve

7. When the sheets of dough are ready and cold then proceed to assemble our millefeuille, placing a sheet and pieces of fruit on top, and cover with another sheet (we can make our millefeuille of as many layers as we want, taking care that it does not fall)
