This delicious dessert is also known as a single sweet since it is prepared with one of the few products that abound in the house of those who live alone, the milk cut! But I will tell you something never underestimate its flavor, as it is delicious. I do not know if they have noticed but the cut milk is used for the preparation of delicious desserts, although for many the milk cut is no longer useful for its flavor, for the production of delicious sweets it is special since it gives them a lovely flavor. With this recipe you will not throw away a cut milk again :)

• 5 cups of cut milk
• 1 medium panela
• 1 cinnamon stick
  
  

1. Place the cut milk in a pot over medium heat.

2. When it is hot, add the split panela in medium pieces and the cinnamon stick.

3. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally.

4. Let dry until the milk has lumps and the panela acquires consistency of melado. Let cool and move to a cup for dessert.

Note: If you do not have milk cut, you can make this dessert by adding warm milk to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. I hope you liked my recipe, this delicious sweet is super easy and extremely economical. In just 4 steps and you can enjoy a delicious snack.
