For many years I kept it to myself and have gone through periods of isolation that would be unimaginable to most people. Or if I did participate in the world I always had a beer by my side and something to protect me not far away

Cannabis saved his sanity, helped him overcome PTSD and has given @lexikon082 a new lease on life. No matter which side of the cannabis usage viewpoint you're on, you have to admit if someone has conquered all that he has deserves to be happy and have a fulfilling life, no matter how it happens.

Indian Borage/Cuban Oregano- A Plant Of Many Wonders

I became aware of this wonder of a plant when my husband brought home a little sprig from a co-worker. It has become a common tradition among a few of his colleagues to participate in plant swapping. As a lot of his colleagues are from other countries, this little tradition as proved to be a valuable and interesting experience... Interestingly enough, this plant goes by different names in different regions of the world - Indian Borage for Asian countries, Cuban Oregano in Mexico. It is also used in Cambodia and South Africa to name just a few.

Sure you can use this herb for culinary purposes, but do you know the medicinal uses for Indian Borage or Cuban Oregano? @youhavewings is sharing a LARGE list of what you need to know, and how to use, this herb.

QUESNEY21- Day 17: I Was A Featured Author On Team Malaysia's Teh Tarik Sundays

Anyway, I am here to share what an awesome experience it was last Sunday to have an opportunity to share as a featured author in Team Malaysia's Teh Tarik Sundays - EP02 on 22.4.2018... So, I got the opporunity to share about my last post which was personal finance related. You can about it here Basically I wrote about opportunity cost in relation to money and time. When it came to my turn I was given a few minutes to share the gist of my post and then it was Q&A time with questions from the other Steemians who were online at that time

Sporty Bike Ride With Photos

First rather sporty outing of the year with 1100 meters of vertical drop , 63.3 km for almost 3 hours of cycling. The three gigantic climbs really did not make my life easy ... And a half-marathon in Lausanne made me do a lot of useless detours...

Come along for some exercise with @orlandumike and some spectacular images of scenes from around Lausanne. From wine/grape vineyards to scenic waterfront views, he is sharing some wonderful photographs while he bikes around and stays fit.

We will be sending out some comments with the Tier 0 upvote. We don't think many of the members are aware that it is really easy to move up to a higher tier by showing Qurator some support. Let's hope some of the older members can move up in tiers and we can make the whole community a bit stronger. =)

Tier Updates Finalized

Tier updates are out and finalized. You can check out the post HERE.

The short version is that Tier 1 and Tier 2 requirements have changed a bit. Please review them.

• A separate account has been created and 26 000 SP has been delegated to it. @qurator-tier-1-2 will be upvoting Tier 1 and Tier 2 members.

• A large amount of SP was undelegated from @qurator to accommodate for the new account, BUT the upvote weights have been adjust so they should balance out. Just have to see how the Voting Power holds up with the big change.

RIP Streemian and hello Steemauto! The new curation trail is active and running! If you would like to support your fellow Qurites or just earn some extra curation feel free to join our curation trail that is active on Steemauto.

We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.

Steemauto can show us who is currently on the trail and at what percentage. Looking forward to see more Qurites joining the trail in the near future! We also reward the team players and there might be a nice surprize for a lucky trailer. =P
