Is It Smart? Is It Dumb?
I was having a long day at work and, at some point, I just needed a distraction. I wandered around in the factory where I found these little worms following each other to cross the street. A car or a person could just come and smash them all at once in any second. I took this picture that I knew it will inspire me to write something(this post) when I see it later and I went back to work

Philippine Drama Shows Reached The International Market
Filipino loved watching the television. If you watch in our local channels, you can see that there are lots of drama novel in the most biggest tv network here. Some of them had almost the same story, and sometimes the ending part is predictable... I was so impressed, how the Philippine culture in drama making had reached the international market, and how they showcase their great talent acting and production skills. I'm not going to be surprised, if one time, the Filipino tv show becomes in-demand internationally
I have often wondered about other cultures and their TV viewing and shows. @prince-evans gives a peek into a few drama shows from the Philippines; and now I am thinking about heading to my Kodi app and checking them out!

The Coaching
The coach's role is to help others achieve the objectives. It is not about directing or controlling, it is about making an alliance with the businessmen so that they lead their organizations. In this way, Coaching becomes an administrative tendency where a person helps others to meet their organizational goals by developing skills and abilities as a team or individually, ie coaching is to help learn more than teaching
@yenopaola shares some advice and insight about what it means, and the definition, of what it means to be a “coach”. And all of these including being a good communicator, mentor and role model can all be applied to steemit. Stop over and see if you have what it takes to be a coach to someone on steemit.

Haven Away From City Life
I am sharing my haven away from work and City life. I live in the suburb and absolutely love spending time in my backyard. After a day of work and commuting around in the City, there is a need to have some peace and quiet. There has to be a work-life balance. I enjoy sitting out back in my patio chair, a cup of DD coffee or iced tea in hand, and simply enjoy the sereneness of it all
It's always nice to have a place you can lose yourself in and forget the trials of the long work day; and @beeyou has just the spot! When the hectic life of working in the city gets to her, she heads off to wander around her backyard and garden. You have got to see her garden and see how she shares her passion for the outdoors in this post.

The new and improved Qurator bot is here!
Why the new bot?
The current bot had a 24 hour timer built in, thus you can only get upvotes 24 hours apart. Missing that window and you might not get your upvote. This resulted in posts not getting upvotes. The old EDIT and UPDATE trick always worked its magic but was a bit of a hassle.
Out with the old, in with the new!
The new bot will search for posts to upvote 24 hour after your previous upvote. If you posted 2 post in a 24 hour period it will go back and upvote your posts. (More details to follow)
The new bot will be active withing the next 24 hours. We are busy getting everything ready and transferring databases. During this time both @qurator and @qurator-tier-0 will be offline. Please understand and be patient while we handle the necessary upgrades.
The bot is completely new and even though we did test it, there might still be some errors that we have to work out during the next few days.
UPDATE: We are seeing some minor issues with the bot and will be testing it more on the @qurator-tier-0 account. Once it is stable on that account and all the bugs have been sorted out we will let it go live on the main @qurator account.
UPDATE 2: Worked out most of the kinks and will be running it for a while on @qurator-tier-0. If the test goes well then we will start using it on @qurator. =)

New Tiers Update
Steemauto Curation Trail
We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.
Steemauto can show us who is currently on the trail and at what percentage. Looking forward to see more Qurites joining the trail in the near future! We also reward the team players and there might be a nice surprize for a lucky trailer. =P
