How To Make A Kickass Borscht

While I use ‘Borsht’ in the title, no self-respecting Russian would either spell or pronounce it this way. It really should be “Borsh” and so that’s what I’m going to call it... A few things first. I am not very good at most things domestic, but I do love to cook. That being said - I don’t tend to use recipes or measuring devices. Mostly, my cooking consists of going through the fridge, then pantry and grabbing what’s there, then throwing them into whatever nifty mix of edibles my mind conjures up in that moment

I've heard of Borscht before, but never really knew what was in the recipe. Borscht is an eastern European soup made with beets, cabbage, potatoes, or other vegetables and can be served hot or chilled, often with sour cream. Let's see how @authorofthings makes her recipe.

The lease for @qurator-tier-0 has been filled and it will be used to support the Tier 0 members. We had to do this since Steemit can't really upvote smaller than 0.5% and with our account growing the way it is we were neglecting those who participate and support Qurator. Now that the main @qurator account does not have to upvote T0 members our Voting Power will regenerate at a slow but steady rate, this in turn will mean better upvotes for all the supporters!

Steemauto Curation Trail

RIP Streemian and hello Steemauto! The new curation trail is active and running! If you would like to support your fellow Qurites or just earn some extra curation feel free to join our curation trail that is active on Steemauto.

We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.

Steemauto can show us who is currently on the trail and at what percentage. Looking forward to see more Qurites joining the trail in the near future! We also reward the team players and there might be a nice surprize for a lucky trailer. =P
