Indeed that is. We had to create the @qurator-tier-0 account to keep supporting the Tier 0 members.
You can easily jump up in Tiers by supporting the project a bit more. =)
Upvoting @qurator 7+ times a week will give you much bigger upvotes. (About $0.28 bigger) =)
