Pear Eats Tokyo 18- Beef Tongue

After I booked my tickets to Tokyo, I immediately started asking around about places to eat.
After all, one of the main reasons for going to Tokyo was to eat a shit ton.
One recommendation I got was Rikyu, a chain beef tongue restaurant. I'm glad YK wasn't daunted by the idea of eating tongue, as I was more than ready to try this famous dish

Have you ever eaten beef tongue before? What are your culinary thoughts?
Even if you don't care for the meat... just look at how juicy and delicious it looks!

Make Me Smile Week 18 Announcement Post

Team Malaysia's meetups are crazy! Ya... We will have not one round of food... But we can go up to three rounds... Last night we have an Auhsome meetup... Yup, Auhsome, because @alvinauh was here with us. The first round was a steamboat dinner. I was not able to join in. They had a great yummilicious dinner. Who are they? Let me see. @alvinauh @orangila@zord189 @aaronleang @joannewong @littlenewthings @buzz.lightyearDid I miss anyone?

WHAT a fabulous array of foods that these steemians had to enjoy together! Maybe @elizacheng will stop over and let us know the entire menu!

One Of The Best Steaks I Have Ever Ate! YUMMY!

Just a great picture i have got from my lunch... I LOVE Great T-Bone Steaks!

Oh yes!! There's nothing better than a hot grilled T-Bone steak to enjoy after a long day of work and stress. I wonder how @stav-cohen likes his?Medium? Medium well? Or well done?

Food Photography- June 18

Taal Rice is one of the different unique meals that you can try here in Bencab. Its a combination of smoked fish and red egg salad that costs about ₱220.00 or $4USD... I'm not so good at describing things, and basically every food is just delicious for me. So don't rely on my review if you want to find out whether it tastes good or not. Well, basically its rice and smoked fish, but with a very distinct taste. Haven't tried anything like this before. Plus its definitely a perfect combination with the red egg salad

Oh I can imagine eating every forkful of this meal! The rice... the smoked fish... YES! Definitely would be ordering this specialty on the next visit to that restaurant.

Food In Beijing: Katoya Plus SBD Giveaway

There are a lot of Japanese restaurants in Beijing and they are delicious! The only thing is, I don't really eat in Japanese restaurant because the prices are slightly higher. It is definitely not the cheapest meal, but you are able to get a decent Japanese food.

This Cheese Katsu Set that @asianetwork had looks so heavenly!

I ordered the Cheese Katsu Set and it comes with a side dish of Miso soup, beans, pickled cucumber, rice, and salad with sesame sauce. The side dishes are refillable, and it was way more than I expected
