The old Navarino castle sits on top of a mountain near Navarino Bay in Greece. If you can manage to get to it, you'll be greeted with a long, steep hike up, but the view is absolutely worth it. We hiked up in the blaring sun and hopped along the old ruined walls for hours. Once you make your way back down, you can take a swim in the beautiful, turquoise water to cool off, then head into town for a delicious gyros. I miss Greece so much, and I can't wait to go back some day!
