You can’t spell refreshmint without mint!
Mint is one of those amazing, versatile plants that is also extremely easy to propagate. You can use mint as a quick breath freshener or crush the leaves and add them to ice water for a refreshing drink to cool off with in the summer.
I love adding it my herbal tea blends and I’m glad to see it rising from the soil once again. Spring can be such a revitalizing time, and I sure am getting excited to get the garden going soon!

Mint will also take over everywhere. It is very invasive.
Most people I know grow it in a pot so that it can't escape.

An amazing plant indeed!
This mint is quite different from the one we have here in Tuscany, I think there are many different kinds of it.
I love it to make smoothies and juices with other fruits/vegetables.
