Moths: Green Longhorn
This tiny golden creature, with a wingspan of only about 15mm (0.6"), is a green longhorn (Adela reaumurella), smaragdlangsprietmot in Dutch.
They are found from Europe all the way east to Japan, in forests and open meadows. They fly from April to June, and the males are often seen in the spring sunshine forming swarms.
This one is a female:

The males have the same long antennae as the longhorn moth I posted about earlier:
