Jungle Shots: Striped Lizard House Invader Shots

in #photography6 years ago

With the wet season comes high humidity and mosquitoes but with the mosquitoes comes the cutest house invaders ever (except maybe the bats at night), the lizards. This guys been around for a few weeks showing us his little red chin thing for mating only during times when we aren't holding a camera. As soon as we pick one up he acts like this. One day we will capture it!

I am surprised how you managed to take shot of it. Appreciated.

It was easy to get a shot of it, the right shot was not easy and I didn't manage it lol

He's the cutest. Do they make sounds too? In Asia we had Chi-chacks because of the clicking sound they make. Kinda like the sound people make on a horse. I loved having them in the house, we hardly ever had any bugs around. They're good cleaners!

We've got ones that make noise..this might be one but I've never seen it make a noise other than what it does while running away haha

You did a great job..off course you will get that capture too. :D

Wow. isn't the lizard so cute? I want to keep it. :D
