Adventures Around Acapulco: Parque Papagayo Massive Park Photo Tour 4

in #photography6 years ago (edited)

Parque Papagayo is a lot of things, including apparently a farm. Pictured above are two turkeys and a guinea hen, both birds I'd love to have eventually.

There was a botanical garden area with a huge spot for composts complete with manure, as shown in this photo.

Not completely sure but I think these are full sized goats, whatever they are they're adorable.

A nearly finished compost pile.

There was a monkey in captivity as part of the zoo that was closed for the most part. The way the zoo was set up still allowed you to get a view of the majority of the animals even when closed. This little guy spent his time bouncing from wall to wall, clearly wanting out.

Also clearly pissed off and ready to get out, an ostrich.

While there was an enclosure for the jaguar there was no giant cat to be seen, sadly.

Stay tuned theres still a lot more to share from this place! I want to go back soon with Rebel as I saw signs saying at least part of the place was dog friendly.
