Christmastime in NYC 2016 - [Part 6: Parting Shots]
This is the sixth and final post in this series on Christmastime in New York City 2016.
For this post, I've selected the "best-of-the-rest" of the captures from our Christmastime visit to the Big Apple.
Most of these images were taken in the vicinity of Radio City Music Hall and Times Square. The main intersection by RCMH was completely grid-locked with people and traffic. There were plenty of traffic cops on hand and, yet still, it was virtually impassable. You really needed to walk a few blocks down and then try to work your way across 6th Avenue.
Well it was a really fun visit to NYC last weekend, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who has never been to Manhattan during this magical time of year!

Huge ornaments in a water-fall, caddy-cornered across 6th Avenue from RCMH.
The smell of street food permeated the air. Sausages, chestnuts, gyros, sweet roasted peanuts, fresh soft pretzels, and so many other interesting foods.
In football, one play can change the game. In New York, one play can shock the world.
Close to where the ball will soon drop to ring in 2017.
