Awesome Ornamental Kale !
Plants of Cabbage Family are mainly used as Vegetables but Colorful species of Cabbage are uses as ornamental flowers. These Ornamental flower are called as kale flower and they can make beautiful purple, while, red and pink colors in their seasons. As a vegetable they have lots of health benefits too. I would like to share some shots of Ornamental Kale flowers today.

cabbage is an exellent source of vitamin K, Vitamin C and vitaminB6. i like it when it cooked with meat.
