Импровизированная "пробка"
Для городских мегаполисов автомобильные заторы дело обычное,а для обычного населенного пункта это целое событие. Тем более когда "пробка" организована не автомобилями, а парусными лодками. Конечно это ирония, ведь произошла данная ситуация из-за любителей парусного спорта, которые за несколько часов до выхода в море собрались гурьбой для подготовки к старту.
