Практически в каждом провинциальном городе России, действует клуб, построенный еще в советские времена. Архитектура, как и дизайн подобных зданий идентична, за исключением элементов лепнины и скульптур. Окрашенный в желтый цвет фасад виден из далека, а белым выделены дизайнерские штучки советских времен.
