Introduction |

Going Inside |

Just inside, there’s a little display which tells you a bit about the history of the area.
Before going further in, you have to take off your shoes.
Inside |
Oil lamp.

Thanks for @jubi for this FOLLOW GIF.
I have been to this place before.
Thanks @ace108
Reminded me again
Wow... even I stumbled upon it by chance though I go to the Chinese temple near by a few times.
i pretty sure most Singaporeans don't even know this place.
Thanks for your comment
Do people have problem , having their shoes stolen?
I think lost maybe but I was there on a quiet day. So quiet, there was only another American lady visiting
If not too far way from China Town, maybe I should go there next time. Thanks for sharing =)
The place is near enough China Town for sure. I walked from there and the Telok Ayer Street is a place with old temples and mosques too. Amoy Street Food Center good to go too. Most food stalls there closed at night except a few but weekdays lunch time is a crowded place. I think most food stalls close on weekends too.

Thanks for all the imformation! See if I have a longer stay then I can explore more in Singapore :) cheers!
looks like interesting place
It's not a big place but the architecture itself is a great old piece of work and you get to learn a bit about the history of early migrants. Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment.
