Gaijin for week. 做个老外一星期

Introduction | 简介

Last year (2016) in April, I was asked to go to Japan for a business trip. It was kind of short notice but it was a trip that was for about a work week. I had never been to Japan before that and it was good there a few other people going together including a Japanese colleague who was based in Singapore.

去年（2016年）4月，我到了日本去出差。收到通知时算时间很紧了。还好也只不过是一星期六。之前，我从来没有去过日本，好在有几位同事同行。这还包括一为在新加坡工作的日本同事。

Day 2 Breakfast | 第2天早餐

The next morning, I went to the club floor on the 20th floor for breakfast. I managed to grab a table with a lovely view of the bay.

隔天早上，到了20楼吃早餐。找了个好位能边望着东京湾边吃。

Day 2 Lunch | 第2天午餐

After morning meeting, it was lunch time and we took a nice walk to a restaurant nearby.

上午的会议后是午餐时间了。我们漫步走到餐厅。

The restaurant is SOHOLM.

餐厅是SOHOLM。

It is a Scandinavian Restaurant.

这是一家斯堪的纳维亚餐厅。

I had this meal which is made from cheese and potato. It was good.

我吃了这用乳酪和马铃薯做的菜。味道很好。

Day 2 Dinner | 第2天晚餐

After the afternoon meeting, went back to the hotel. I managed to see the Tokyo Tower from afar.

下午的会议后，回酒店。回去路途中，远处看到东京塔。

Day 3 Breakfast | 第3天早餐

Next day, breakfast was repeated at the club floor.

有一天了，又到20楼解决早餐。

Day 3 Lunch | 第3天午餐

After more work, I had a simple lunch at the office canteen. I had this rice with omelette fried with black fungus which was actually quite good.

忙过了上午，就在公司的餐室吃午餐。一碗饭配蛋炒黑木耳还真不错。

Day 3 Dinner | 第3天晚餐

After more meetings and discussion, some bonding dinner time at this restaurant, TY Harbor. It is an American style restaurant which has a brewery. The BBQ ribs there were fantastic.
