Suspension Bridge - connecting two states
The bridge is also called as Cincinnati-Covington Bridge. The bridge is built across the Ohio river which connects Cincinnati, Ohio and Covington, Kentucky.
The bridge is named as John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge. The bridge is of 1057 ft long and was the longest suspension bridge in the world when it was built in 1866. The best part of the bridge is the pedestrian access. Pedestrians enjoy the bridge walk crossing the Ohio rives and crossing the two states. The Cincinnati down town rises from the edge of bridge in Ohio.
The below image was captured at 3:00 AM EST from Kentucky side. The wonderful lighting of the bridge and the downtown lights reflect on river bed.
