Does this means that miners won't be able to mine bitcoins till further notice?

It means that it is not profitable today to many of them and it will get even worse after the halving in six months from now, unless bitcoin price goes up.

Umm, not a good one at all. I hope the price rises soonest. Everyone goal is to make profit, but unfortunately not everyone does.
