One Photo Every Day: (145-146/365) Time for a quiet hot drink; Many choices of coffee blends, the OPED project

Time to be quiet with hot chocolate (145/365), เวลานั่งเงียบๆกับช็อคโกแล็ตร้อน

After a very busy, emotional and hectic morning, a cup of hot chocolate in a quiet place in the afternoon is very soothing. I decided to present this photo in monochrome as the black and white contrast seemed to convey the sense of space and stillness of time better than colour photograph. It was so nice and peaceful to enjoy this hot chocolate in peace and open space. The movements of vibrations within seemed to slow down and calm down so fast that felt like taking photographs. Everyone should have the luxury of personal quiet time by oneself once a day. This will let the mind have a rest and pause from thinking all the time! Space, stillness and quietness brings me peace and calm.

เมื่อวานนี้ชีวิตค่อนข้างยุ่งและเร่งรีบ เต็มไปด้วยการใช้พลังภายในและเปลืองพลังอารมณ์ ตอนบ่ายต้องไปธนาคารจึงไปหาที่สงบๆนั่งดื่มโกโก้ร้อนให้ผ่อนคลายสมอง ร้านนี้เงียบมากและมีพื้นที่โล่งโปร่งมากด้านหน้า เลยได้พักสายตาและสมอง ความสงบนิ่งที่มากับโกโก้ร้อนมีพลังบวกมาก คลื่นสมองเริ่มช้าลงจนรู้สึกเบาสบาย เกิดความสร้างสรรและอยากถ่ายรูปทันที ทุกคนควรจะให้เวลาที่มีค่ากับตนเองทุกวัน ให้ตนเองได้พักผ่อนแบบนิ่งๆไม่ต้องทำอะไรสักพักหนึ่ง เพื่อให้ความสันติสุข และความสงบได้มาทำให้ร่างกายและจิตใจเกิดความสมดุลย์ ไม่ตึงเกินไปและไม่หย่อนเกินไป เอาแบบกำลังสบายและพอเพียง แล้วกลับไปลุยงานกันต่อได้

Many choices of coffee blends (146/365), กาแฟหลากยี่ห้อให้เลือกสรร

Walking around the Friday open-market, I am amazed by this coffee stall which has more than fifteen coffee blends for customers to choose. They also have Ovaltine, Horlicks, instant Nestea, and orange squash including red and blue Hale's Blue Boy! Competition among coffee shops is very fierce, so vendors have to invent new ways to attract customers. This stall is very impressive, they don't offer traditional Thai coffee or fresh brew coffee. They choose to offer many choices of bland name coffee blends. The price would be much cheaper than fresh brew coffee and these coffee can be either hot or iced coffee to take away. Another innovative way to sell coffee in local market. In the future we might see Turkish coffee being sold in open-markets and walking street markets!

เดือนหนึ่งจะได้มีโอกาสไปเดินเล่นที่ตลาดนัดวันศุกร์ ไปเจอร้านกาแฟแนวแปลก เขาขายกาแฟเกือนทุกยี่ห้อที่มีขายในซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต เขาไม่ขายกาแฟโบราณหรือกาแฟสด แต่เป็นกาแฟขวดแบบสำเร็จรูป ใช้ชงนํ้าร้อนได้เลย มีกาแฟหลากหลายมาก และมีโอวัลติน ฮอร์ลิกซ์ด้วย แถมมีชาชงนํ้าร้อน และ มีนํ้าส้มคั้นแบบเข้มข้น ยังมีนํ้าหวานแดงและเขียวชงใส่นํ้าแข็งได้ทันที การแข่งขันการขายกาแฟคงดุมาก คนขายต้องหาจุดขายที่แปลกๆมาดึงดูดลูกค้า นี่ต่อไปอาจมีกาแฟตุรกีมาขายบ้างก็ได้ ถ้ามีคนนิยมของแปลก
