Docking for repairs
Quick digital painting of a spaceship docking for repairs and maintenance. I used a reference photo to construct the basic shapes and perspective then changed things around to a more sci-fi approach

Thank you! References are certainly handy if you simply want to train your eye and understand some fundamentals, particularly when doing master studies. I like them also because I can sort of unplug my brain and just sketch without all the planning.
damn that is super cold, It's not that bad here and some surprisingly warm days, I think the lowest was 14c here today.
