Related to the very recent development at #Synereo there was an official status update on December the 3^rd 2016.

Synereo has a new kind of blockchain with a social media app on top of it in the works, currently in very early alpha. Recently they had a crowd funding and were able to collect $4.7 Million. Some of it in their currency AMPs and the other part in plain old dollars.

Afterward there was a dispute between teams leaders. Read @nanzo-scoop's report of it here and here.

AMPs value dropped into the ground. The company has to rethink the whole approach.

For me personally the most important parts of the statement in question are:

Synereo has 3 full-stack developers, 1.5 front-end developers, and has 2 other developers with rich backgrounds in math, logic and physics, rejoining the project. We have also onboarded a new Technical Program Manager with 14 years of experience in the tech world.

Personal take - Synereo, concentrate on small steps and constant deliveries:

The team is working on a plan forward and will present it soon. We will be making a distinct shift in attitude, moving towards quick & iterative development strategy that normal users can feel – so that you can begin trusting our product rather than merely trusting our vision.
