So Cambridge Analytica "stole" information for Trump from 87 Million users, while the Obama campaign "Data-Mined" from 190 Million users? And there is (supposed) outrage over what Trump did, while the Obama campaign is praised for their technical ingenuity. Double standard perhaps?
I think we'd be shocked to see how many people have been "data-mined" by companies in general. Probably 90% or more. @ironshield

There is a solution for this issue.
When you want to withdraw your STEEM/SBD from BITTREX, if your username is lower than 10 characters, you can put your username, and then pulse the Space Tab as many times you need to complete the 10 characters needed to valid your withdraw.
They have to fix it or explain it yet. But this solution indeed works.
